Terms of Service

1. What Parrhesis is
Parrhesis provides a QR code and short link that directs customers to your Google review page, along with a dashboard to view and manage your Google reviews. We are not affiliated with Google.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not share your account or use it for any unlawful purpose.
3. Google integration
When you connect your Google account, you authorize Parrhesis to read your Google Business Profile reviews on your behalf. We do not post, modify, or delete reviews without your explicit action. You can disconnect your Google account at any time from your settings.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Parrhesis to generate fake reviews, manipulate ratings, spam customers, or violate Google's review policies. Accounts found doing so will be terminated immediately.
5. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Free plan limits may change with notice.
6. Liability
Parrhesis is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including lost reviews, lost revenue, or Google policy changes.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of Parrhesis after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes by email.
8. Refund policy
Parrhesis subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will not be charged again. We do not offer refunds for the current billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at contact@parrhesis.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review your case.
