Partner Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the Parrhesis Partner Program. By creating a partner account you accept them.
1. What you earn
When a business you referred makes its first successful payment for a paid Parrhesis plan, you earn a commission equal to 50% of the net amount Parrhesis actually receives for that payment after payment-processor fees and applicable tax. The commission applies to the first successful payment only — never to renewals or later payments.
2. Attribution
A referred business is attributed to the partner whose referral code was recorded first for that business's account. Attribution is permanent and is not reassigned. Parrhesis's records are the sole source of truth for attribution.
3. No commission without payment
Clicks, visits, and free signups earn nothing. A commission exists only once a first payment has been received and cleared by our payment processor.
4. Refunds, chargebacks and clawbacks
If a referred payment is refunded, charged back, or otherwise reversed, the related commission is voided. If it has already been paid out to you, the amount is recovered by deduction from your future commissions or, if necessary, by direct repayment.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not refer a business you own or control, create fake or fraudulent referrals, use misleading claims about Parrhesis, spam, bid on Parrhesis trademarks in paid search, or self-deal in any way. Breach may result in suspension, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, and liability for losses caused, including chargeback fees and refunded amounts.
6. Withdrawals
Commissions accrue as a balance. You may request a withdrawal of your full available balance once it reaches the minimum of $50.00, no more than once every 24 hours, choosing a payout method at the time of the request. Parrhesis processes withdrawals manually within 7 business days of your request. Please note that Parrhesis receives its own payouts from its payment processor once a month — withdrawals requested before that payout clears may take up to 7 business days to be fulfilled. Parrhesis is not liable for fees, delays, or errors caused by the payout method or provider you choose.
7. Changes and termination
Parrhesis may change these terms, the commission rate, or the minimum withdrawal amount at any time, with changes applying to commissions created after the change. Parrhesis may suspend or close any partner account at its discretion. You may close your account at any time; unpaid commissions below the minimum are forfeited on closure.
